Freya Bielenberg
Founded by Freya Bielenberg — experienced chef, qualified doula, and perinatal nutrition specialist; The Mama Menu is the result of over a decade of dedicated work supporting women through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
Rooted in a deep passion for holistic care, Freya designs every meal and practice with the unique needs of aspiring, expectant, and new mothers in mind.
Her approach blends ancient postpartum traditions with modern nutritional science—always with flavour, comfort, and nourishment at the heart.

Trained at the renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School, Clementine has spent her career mastering the art of wholesome, flavour-rich cooking rooted in seasonal, nutrient-dense ingredients. Her experience spans private cheffing for ultra-high-net-worth families, royal households, and major film and TV productions—always with a signature blend of warmth, elegance, and precision.

With a deep understanding of the connection between food and wellbeing, Clementine designs meals that are as nourishing as they are delicious—bringing comfort, strength, and joy to mothers and families alike.
