There is one delivery per week on a Friday. Orders need to be in by 5pm on Sunday for delivery the following Friday.
Our boxes are sent nationwide sent with DHL with woollen insulation and ice packs to keep everything frozen.
The order will arrive between 8am and 8pm but you will receive a message on the day from the courier with a two hour time slot for the delivery. If you're not going to be in, please leave a note at the point of checkout with instructions outlining a safe place to leave it.

Absolutely! TMM food is nutritionally balanced and delicious for everyone - we have just focussed on creating recipes with ingredients particularly beneficial for postpartum because we feel there is a lot of concentration on pregnancy nutrition and next to none for that crucial time after baby arrives.
Everything is cooked and ready to go – some dishes might have elements such as seeds or nuts to garnish on top, but everything is ready to be reheated in their pots from frozen, or defrosted and cooked (slowly) on the hob in a pot.

All of our portions are single servings so that it's super easy to just pop them in the microwave and eat straight from frozen. Should you wish to order for 2 people, please order 1 per person.
We operate from a kitchen that handles all allergens, so if you are extremely allergic to anything, I’m afraid we cannot assure you 100% that it doesn’t have traces. We handle nuts a lot in our menu so do not recommend ordering if you have a severe nut allergy. Most of our recipes are gluten, dairy & refined sugar-free.
Yes! We have several vegan items on the menu at all times.

We deliver to the whole of the UK as we send our boxes via DHL Nationwide.
We cannot accept returns however if you are unhappy with your product in any way please contact us at info@themamamenu.com with details to arrange a refund.
