A nutrient-rich oat, chia, and flaxseed base with desiccated coconut and a coconut milk/kefir blend, topped with stewed apple and almond butter; this combination supports lactation, balances hormones, and provides a healthy dose of fibre and natural sweetness.
Teriyaki tenderstem broccoli & shiitake red rice mackerel congee
Red rice, rich in antioxidants, zinc, calcium, and iron, strengthens the body during pregnancy and postpartum and pacifies all doshas, according to ancient Ayurvedic texts. Complemented by iron-rich broccoli, spinach and antioxidant-packed shiitake mushrooms, this dish offers a nutritious, nutty texture.
Wild rice congee with manuka honey, cinnamon, ginger & orange
Wild rice, higher in fibre than white rice, pairs with red dates, revered in Traditional Chinese Medicine for nourishing blood and enhancing circulation. Goji berries, rich in vitamin A, iron, selenium, and antioxidants, provide essential nutrients for breastfeeding.
Miso mushroom savoury congee cooked in broth with asian greens
Miso, a vegan probiotic, supports digestive and immune health in new mothers, while shiitake mushrooms offer antimicrobial and antioxidant benefits to bolster natural defences.

Anti-inflammatory turmeric, cardamom & cinnamon porridge with stewed prunes & toasted walnuts
This oat, chia and flaxseed base is mixed with almond milk and a warming blend of spices to prevent inflammation. Also rich in fibre to help prevent postpartum constipation and high in antioxidants and omega-3 - ideal for supporting lactation and digestive health.

Chunky salmon & Cod & enriched with cayenne, paprika & saffron this soup delivers a nutritional powerhouse of high-quality protein, Omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins D and B2, calcium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, iodine, magnesium, and potassium - essential for tissue repair, reducing inflammation, and supporting the nervous system.

Grass-fed collagen rich shredded beef stew with sweet potato purée & flaxseed
Our 100% organic, grass-fed beef stew is slow-cooked for 4-6 hours until rich and tender, packed with collagen, iron for postpartum blood replenishment, and glycine, a potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. It's paired with a silky sweet potato purée mixed with ghee—rich in fat-soluble vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and essential fatty acids, including omegas 3 & 6—plus ground flax for digestive support.

Kitchari, a hybrid of dal and savory rice pudding, blends rice and mung dal to form a complete protein, enhancing digestion, energy, mental clarity, and balance while detoxifying and promoting healthy metabolism. Infused with beetroot for improved blood flow and lower blood pressure, our vegetable broth and warming spices make this an ideal, nutritious postpartum meal.

Kitchari, a nutritious blend of rice and mung dal, forms a complete protein and offers a multitude of Ayurvedic benefits; enhancing digestion, energy and mental clarity while detoxifying and promoting a healthy metabolism. Enhanced with kabocha squash & ginger, it provides antioxidants, fibre, and essential vitamins like folate, potassium, magnesium, manganese and vitamin C.

Supergreen spinach, asparagus & pea quinotto (quinoa risotto!)
Beautifully vibrant in colour, this summery quinoa is high in Vitamin K, Antioxidants, protein & fibre to mention a few. It's satisfying and seasonal as well a feeling fresh. The green sauce is blended with silken tofu to add that creamy extra protein.

A clean and umami-rich dish, our miso, ginger & shiitake broth with iodine-rich seaweed & protein packed tofu is great for a light meal or sipping over the day.

75% cacao is packed with polyphenols to boost gut bacteria whilst chilli is high in vitamin C, important for the repair of tissues and the production of collagen, which is beneficial during the postpartum period for healing. Coconut flakes are high in calories and fats, providing much needed energy for breastfeeding mamas.

Chocolate tahini & goji bars
Mixed seeds, toasted oats & gojis blended with tahini & maple syrup, topped with decadent dark chocolate and flaked sea salt. Energy packed and just so delicious.

Cacao, reishi mushroom & honey
Made with 75% cacao, reishi and organic honey. Reishi mushrooms have been traditionally used in various medicinal practices to calm the nervous system and alleviate stress and anxiety. There are anecdotal reports suggesting that when women consume reishi during pregnancy, it may contribute to a calmer disposition in newborns, often referred to as "reishi babies."
