The Full Week Package

A full week’s nourishment

 

Our largest package, for those that want to hand over all of the thinking to us. We provide all of your nourishment for an entire week including all drinks and snacks. This is the most comprehensive package of self care that will leave you feeling satisfied and completely nourished. 

 

If you have specific requirements such as a need for more iron or lactation boosting recipes, please drop me an email (freya@themamamenu.com) and we can modify your menu accordingly.

7 x main courses (x 2 portions)

1L of broth

1L Adaptogenic drink

1L Functional Tea 

3 x snacks 

 

Our menus vary with seasonality, stock & when we want to introduce some exciting new dishes. Those on a subscription will get a a rotation of different dishes from week to week, ensuring that no week is exactly the same. As long as we know your dietary requirements, we will make sure that your package accommodates your needs whilst also offering variety!
