A hydrating, vitamin-rich mocktail recipe that’s perfect for pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or simply staying cool and energised in the heat. Packed with polyphenols, antioxidants and electrolytes, this vibrant drink supports digestion, iron absorption, and hydration — all while tasting like an Italian holiday in a glass.

Ingredients
1 cup fresh pomegranate juice
Juice of 1 lime
1 cup coconut water
10 fresh mint leaves
Pinch of sea salt or pink Himalayan salt
Garnish: pomegranate seeds, lime wedge, fresh basil
Optional: 1 tsp baobab or amla powder for an extra vitamin C boost
Method
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Add ice if you prefer a slushy texture.
